Delivery, Set-up, Maintenance and Collection
Requirements:
- A clear flat area at least the size of the spa - 7x7 feet / 2x2 metres square
- Ideal locations are patios and decking - if placed on grass it must be level ground
- Access to a water supply and drain
- Access to a 13 amp standard house socket - ideally an external socket - if the lead needs to go through a window, remember spa will have to stay plugged in throughout the hire
Process of Taking Delivery:
- We arrive at agreed date and time
- Location for spa agreed
- Build the spa (10minutes)
- Start filling spa from hose (depending on water pressure can take up to an hour)
- Whilst it is filling, answer any questions, do paperwork, sign contract and take payment, go over chemical testing (required at each use and weekly during hire period)
- At this time, we leave, and you are requested to turn off hose when filled to level
- Cover and leave for 24 hours to heat
Process of Collection:
- We ring to confirm date and time, a day or two before
- We arrive at agreed date and time
- We empty contents of spa down a convenient drain
- Pack up spa
- Spas are cleaned by us after every rental
We provide/bring with us:
- Spa
- Rubber matting under spa
- 10m cable to reach electrical socket (remember, this will have to stay plugged in throughout hire period)
- Hose and hose attachments in order to fill spa
- All chemicals you will require throughout hire period
- If required - decking to site spa on
